I Just Found Clearance Items

Being fragmented has its drawbacks.  I’ve tried to keep checking in on the Stampin’ Up! Website to make sure I’m not missing anything going on this month that I need to be aware of.

Yesterday I took a look at the “Deal Of The Week” box at the website and found the punches on sale.  I’ve got to get them.  My variety of punches is pitifully small.

Today, when I tried to order the punches I was interrupted by a phone call from my husband.  “No Dear”, if you are reading this, “it is not ALL YOUR FAULT”.  I’ve kind of become a scatter-brain with all the things I am trying to accomplish.

I am the type of person that goes balls to the walls when I take on projects.  House cleaning, QuickBooks, scrapbook layouts, etc.  I begin working on things from the time I get up in the morning until just before bedtime.  Doing this for weeks at a time during the winter.  It doesn’t take long for burn out to happen and the recliner is as far as I get while I deaden my brain with television while my world falls down around my ears.

The last couple years I have been forcing myself to do many things but in time intervals.  You might understand what it is like to be in the middle of something when the timer goes off.  Just a few more minutes and I will be finished!!!  That few more minutes turns into an hour or two before I know it.  Psychologically speaking I am trying to train my brain and self out of a bad habit.  Well….Good luck with THAT!!!  I forgot to set the timer today while working in the QuickBooks.  My four hour time slot was shot after I saw it had been six hours.
